Implementation of a new R&S department to diversify the products and the services offered, through the introduction of a reverse engineering system supporting the CAD modeling and of qualified personnel.
Objectives
Introduction of a rapid prototyping system; design of prototypes and customized products according to client's requirements; evolution of the product maintenance service. Development of prototypes and of the designed products.
Results
Implementation of a new department dedicated to model design and production; a well-trained and integrated technically qualified personnel; improvement of the customer service; reduction in time to market; a reduced environmental impact of the process.
